Layout

The layout of a bathroom is exceptionally important as we often don’t have the largest area to work with. Some of our clients prefer to have separate bathrooms and toilets, where as others prefer to have them in the same room to create additional space. We are able to work with both of these preferences and provide our clients with guidance on how they are able to create a floor plan for their bathroom that feels spacious whilst also having all the necessary bathroom requirements met. As your renovation is intended to be sufficient for the lifetime of your home, it is important the floor plan is perfected before the construction commences.

Showers

Showers are often tied as the most important element of a bathroom along with the basin and mirror area. The design of showers has changed drastically over recent decades and are now able to create a luxurious appearance with sleek frameless screens or even screenless showers depending on the space we have to work with. We are able to provide our clients with guidance on a shower that will be suited to the space they have available as well as their preference for design.

Bathtubs

Long gone are the days where a bathtub is just a necessary requirement to bathe children. These days a bathtub has the ability to be a luxurious feature of your bathroom for all residents to enjoy if it is executed correctly. Our team are big fans of showcasing baths within our client’s properties and understand the additional sense of extravagance a bathtub can bring to a property. We are skilled in the relocation of water utilities and setting of floorplans to provide you with options for the installation of a bath where you thought it may previously not have been possible.

Your choice in flooring will have a big impact on the ambience of the bathroom, which is why we provide guidance to our clients to help them make the right selection for their property with flooring that looks fantastic and is also easy to be kept clean. We are skilled and precise in our installation of flooring to ensure the highest possible standards are met for your bathroom. We have the capabilities to work with tiles, timber and polished concrete to ensure that our clients have a range of options available to them and are not restricted by their choice of contractors who are not specialised in all areas.
